Sales Manager - Inside Sales at UberEats | Enabling fast-growing B2B sales teams with process, technology and training

Ever since I was a kid I have been an inquisitive and a highly social person. During my teens’ my school coach suggested that I studied psychology or law; but in my childhood dream, I knew I would rather be a crime detective embracing my curious mind about people and our behaviour.

Fast-forward to today, I’m still passionate about understanding what drives people’s actions and motivation; but rather than solving cases - I help build, develop, and grow high-performing sales teams that use their skills and abilities to help identify challenges and opportunities for their customers while creating valuable partnerships along the way.

I’m a sales manager with 8 years of international B2B sales and partnerships experience working on fast-paced environments and fast-growing companies. I thrive in organizations with values where customer obsession, agility and innovation are core in their DNA. In these companies, I have demonstrated my consistent grit, optimism and passion for sales, leading people, and implementing efficiency.

At my recent position in Uber, I have managed the outbound inside-sales team for Spain and helped drive our expansion plans in 2019-2020 for one of the fastest-growing regions and key markets in EMEA for UberEats.

Areas of experience include corporate partnership, establishing Enterprise and SMB sales strategy and processes, sales forecasting and planning, optimizing sales funnels and outbound sales campaigns, and B2B sales training.
