I’m passionate about creating harmony where differences meet. Originally from Uruguay, I’ve lived in Colombia and Australia, and worked with teams across Latin America, the U.S., the UK, India, and the Philippines. These experiences taught me that every culture brings unique perspectives that make teams stronger.

I’m fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (and learning French!), and I love building inclusive, respectful spaces where people and organizations can thrive together.
