Viviana Cabrera

I lead People & Talent in remote, multicultural environments, helping founders and executive teams scale companies without losing humanity or efficiency. I have lived and worked in Uruguay, Colombia, and Australia, and collaborated distributed teams, which allows me to operate naturally in global, fast-changing contexts.

I combine a strategic business perspective with hands-on execution: I design and implement People practices (talent, performance, culture, asynchronous L&D) that improve both employee experience and business outcomes at the same time. Trilingual and currently learning my fourth language, I facilitate collaboration across cultures and levels, building bridges between leadership, technical teams, and operations.

My work is grounded in data, deep reflection, and a clear conviction: diversity, equity, and inclusion are not a “nice to have” but the foundation for building strong, sustainable teams in the long term.
