Valarie King-Bailey

Valarie King‐Bailey has over 30 years of international executive management, consulting, and marketing experience within the technology industry. She is currently the CEO of OnShore Technology Group, 9‐year old independent Chicago‐based engineering, marketing, and I.T. company delivering “RightSourcing” and advanced business solutions for global companies and government agencies. Ms. King‐ Bailey holds an M.B.A. in Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison (82). Valarie holds the distinction as the first black female civil engineering graduate from the University of Wisconsin College of Civil & Environmental Engineering. In 2008, she received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the U.W. College of Engineering and in 2010, she received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the U.W. Construction Club – College of Engineering. Prior to her tenure with OnShore, Valarie worked for leading global companies such as QUMAS Limited (Ireland), EMC/ Documentum, Abbott Laboratories, and U.S. Steel where she was a significant contributor to their growth and profitability.
