Jonas Vonlanthen is a pioneer in agile management and self-organization in Switzerland. As Partner at Liip, he founded the Lausanne office in 2011 and lead the development of the web and mobile agency in the Romandy market. Since 2015, he focuses on the organisation’s evolution from a pyramidal to a self-managed governance system.
Gathering more than 180 collaborators, Liip is a key player of the digital environment in Switzerland. Its non-conventional structure is a key success factor and has allowed the company to develop itself at an accelerated pace for the past years.
