Member of the Management Team at Liip
With a background in Computer Science, I started my career as a web developer before quickly moving into sales and business development in a big corporation.
Today, I have come back to more human-sized and -centered companies, where I actually help Liip in a continuous improvement process as well as pushing the business further. My actual internal project is the buildup of a new branch office / team in Lausanne, Switzerland.
My latest external projects consist in coaching key clients to build their web products from scratch. Names such as UEFA and Jaeger-LeCoultre count as my latest successes.
Passionate about the web and lean / agile methodologies, I am facilitating the Webmardi community and am actually starting a new community called Scrum Breakfast Romandie. Also, I am a co-founder of the Agile Tour Lausanne conference, (2011, 2012 editions). Finally, I have the chance to be one of the 21 founding members of the Stoos Network, working on accelerating the transformation of management into a better way.
