Walter Meade

Walter Meade, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Walter Strategic Innovation, also chairs the Board of Directors and exercises primary responsibility for the consulting firm's business plan. Operating under the maxim, "We Simplify the Internet," the company provides digital marketing, search engine optimization, development of social networking strategies, pay-per-click guidance, and web analytics. Under Walter Meade's leadership, the company also offers digital government solutions to agencies who need high-tech counsel for e-business and e-government activity that increases efficiency and reduces costs.

Launched in October 2009, Walter Strategic Innovation operates from offices in San Diego, California; Phoenix, Arizona; and Tijuana, Mexico. Many of the company's team members are young Mexican professionals who speak more than one language and possess strong technical backgrounds. As a result, the company possesses the geographical positioning and skills base to serve companies that require Internet solutions and social media marketing strategies in Southern California, Arizona, Baja, and Northern Mexico. Prior to founding his own company, Walter Meade worked in both government and business. The Mexican federal government employed him on intelligence and national security matters. He also served as Chief of Staff in the Ministry of Communications and Transport, and Assistant Director of Airports and Auxiliary Services. Walter Meade did his undergraduate studies at the Western Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESO), sometimes known as the Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara, and earned a Master's degree in Political Science from the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium.
