A few months ago I had coffee with a friend who had just completed attending one of Toronto's new coding schools. The world she described sounded so amazing that I signed up for Bitmaker Labs 9 week immersion course the very next day.

Fast forward to now, three months later, and I'm a junior full-stack web developer, well versed in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5 and CSS3. The long hours in front of the keyboard have paid off and, man were they fun!

I'm currently looking for a position that will allow me to grow as a developer. There is so much to learn. Right now I'm working on my portfolio site, but in the meantime check out my GitHub to see what I'm coding right now.
