I served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force for six years. My assignments included The Office of the Secretary of the Air Force and The Economics Department of the United States Air Force Academy.

For the last thirteen years, I have been a faculty member in the Graduate Engineering Management Program in the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University of Colorado Boulder. I am a Professor of Engineering Practice. My graduate classes are offered on-campus in a studio and available both synchronously and asynchonously to students worldwide.
