I am a 3rd year PhD student in the Marketing, Operations Management and Service Systems (MOMS) division at Manchester Business School. I am from Atlanta, Georgia, USA and hold a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA (International Business) from Georgia State University. In my professional career, I have worked in several service related positions in the industries of telecommunications, healthcare, education, and airline transportation.
My research interests lie in services marketing and innovation. I am particularly interested in studying the transformative outcomes that result from service delivery, as well as, the use of technology interfaces within these service deliveries. My proposed research involves examining the antecedents and outcomes of long-term interactions with socially assistive robots among an aging population.
