Will is a social entrepreneur, serving as co-founder at Tegu, a for-profit toy company, which he began with his brother and best friend, Chris. Tegu seeks to become the world's most innovative premium toy company, intentionally creating hundreds of jobs for the global poor in the process. Will runs Tegu's USA-based operations out of Tegu's headquarters in Darien, CT. On the flip side, his brother Chris manages a team of 100+ incredible craftspeople in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, where the Company manufactures its products.

Will learned the science of cash flow at Goldman Sachs & Co., working in New York as both an investment banker and also as an investing professional for GS Investment Partners.
