Whitney Eves

Born into a family of professional athletes and raised in Santa Barbara, California- I was taught at a young age what it means to enjoy LIFE and have FUN. Two things I later realized were the bread and butter to being healthy.

I played four years of NCAA Division 1 college tennis, and this past year competed in my first full Iron Man in Coeur D'Alene Idaho. Being an athlete has taught me what it means to work hard and never give up.

Today I live in San Fransisco and love my job as a personal trainer. Helping people get fit and healthy is my passion. I am also an ambassador for Lolë, a canadian based women's clothing company that is revolutionizing the way women think about life, fitness, and health. I feel so blessed to work in this field and have such great partners.

I belive that true health and fitness should be about giving back, experiencing the joys of this beautiful planet, and nourishing the one body you have. My personal and professional goal is to help as many women possible get healthy and learn to enjoy fitness by making it a lifestyle.
