Languages are fascinating! It's incredible how communication molded our brains since the dawn of the species, the way we think thanks to it, the way our vocal folds develop, and all the knowledge future generations will have access to.

I love linguistics since I was a child, listening to cassettes my mother brought home to learn a new language. She didn't persevere after the first weeks, but I did. Then Magic English in VHS, then a good English course and even the drama club! Learning has always been very entertaining to me, so I want to pass all these good feelings on.

But this page asks for a more professional approach, right? I provide language services since 2012. I teach English to children, teenagers and adults of every level, I also offer classes of English for business and special aid to students with learning difficulties.

I had the opportunity to work at Festival do Rio (Rio International Film Festival), in which I developed many competences in different areas. There I worked as an interpreter, translator, interviewed cast and crew of the festival's movies and aided in the subtitling and screenwriting of the institutional videos.

I decided to start a new career, and I'm studying Software Engineering. I do not consider myself a developer yet, so I want to get into the market as a technical writer, this way I can combine professional skills I already have with technology and programming.
