William Dawson

I am William Dawson, a Service Agent at Boston Rent-A-Car Company. I have been working in the company for almost seven years and served many clients. As a service agent, I am responsible for many things. I inspect the vehicles to ensure safety and make sure everything from lights, tires, brakes, seat belts, mirrors and everything is working properly. I also inspect vehicles for any damage; place items found in vehicles in the lost and found area; maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions. Those are just some of the many duties I have. I have gained some insights concerning this matter so I decided to share in my blog my expertise in it.
