I’ve been fortunate to team up with some executives and staff over my career and across a variety of mostly software companies, from pre-IPO to mid-sized global organizations. My work has centered around build/fix opportunities where Talent Acquisition is needed to help shape an organization’s future workforce as well as fostering a culture of recruiting.
My work, mainly in Talent Acquisition and some in Talent Management, seeks to reflect an organization’s culture, strengthen hiring leadership, and borrow from functional practices. I’m always moving recruiting capabilities forward, along a continuum (from a reactive state to strategic value) through continuous improvements across its six aspects: people, processes and practices, tools and systems, analytics, brand and marketing, and programs.
Outside of work, I’m dishing out puns, plugged into one or more audiobooks, and on the lookout for great cafe sua da.
