I'm a customer service and support expert with over 10 years of experiences in working entry level networking support to IT support and now having experience as data support analyst. Very passionate for gadgets and learning new and creative ways to express that passion. Completed Associates of applied sciences in December of 2020 and plan on furthering my education with Bachelor's degree in same field. Being in the customer service and support field for as long as I have, I offer a unique view on supporting clients with a urgency on professionalism and fast resolutions.
