Will is the author of BOOKS FOR LIVING and THE END OF YOUR LIFE BOOK CLUB, both published by Knopf and Two Roads/Hodder . THE END OF YOUR LIFE BOOK CLUB has spent more than four months on the New York Times Bestseller List, and is now available in paperback from Vintage. It has been translated into thirteen languages.

In 2008, he founded Cookstr.com the world's #1 collection of cookbook recipes available online. In December 2013, he sold Cookstr to Macmillian Publishers, where he now works overseeing the site and as EVP, Editorial Development and Content Innovation.

He is the co-author of SEND: Why People Email So Badly and How to Do it Better, with David Shipley - a business bestseller short-listed for the Quill Award for Best Business Book of the Year.

He was the editor in chief of Hyperion Books and before that of William Morrow. He's now EVP, Editorial Development and Content Innovation for Macmillan.
