Since my Ozzie + Harriet-style childhood in Los Angeles, I’ve carried on a love affair with language. I earned a degree in English from UCLA many moons ago, then wooed words as a travel writer, ghostwriter, copywriter, newspaper columnist and freelance journalist in Southern California.

In 2007, I fell in love with a soggy patch on the European continent, pulled up my L.A. roots and moved to Amsterdam. I now reside in a mellow global village where I enjoy living with seasons and the quirky Dutch. My aim is to capture my experiences and share them with others.
