Thomas Adkins is the Associate Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Theatre Development Fund. Before joining TDF he served as the Director of Graduate Studies in Theatre Management for The University of Alabama/Alabama Shakespeare Festival where he taught courses in development, marketing and public relations, business ethics and arts advocacy. In addition he has produced/general managed several Off Broadway productions including Alcestis Ascending, Dammit, Shakespeare, Underwear: A Space Musical (at the New York International Fringe Festival). He has also served on the Event Committee for the Broadway Beauty Pageant benefiting the Ali Forney Center. He is the Co-Founder/Creative Director of Rhomas Designs, a graphic design company serving Off Broadway and regional theatres. He holds a Master of Fine Arts from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee.
