BIO OF CECILE CAMERON

Cecile got her first start in fitness, working as a Group Fitness Instructor.

After teaching group fitness for 3 years, she noticed, few women worked out in the gym. She asked her class why and most replied: “I don't know how to work out in the gym!"

This is when Cecile decided to make it her mission, to educate herself, then teach others how to work out safely and effectively. This is how ‘CC Personal Training’ was born.

Cecile completed 2 years of Athletic Therapy (prevention/rehab of injuries) and received certification via Can-Fit-Pro as a Personal Trainer Specialist. She also competed in Female's Lightweight Bodybuilding in 1992 and placed 2nd.

Shortly afterwards, she was open for business, only to discover, everything "flopped!". She was before her time., Most people didn’t know what a trainer was and gym's didn’t pay well, so she couldn’t make a living doing what she passionately wanted to do. "All this work was done for nothing!", she thought.

Months later, she medicated herself with junk food, stopped working out, gained weight and become overweight herself. She weighed 170 Lbs. on a 5’4” frame! She had aching knees, no energy, felt depressed and had low self- esteem. Cecile comments: “For once in my life, I truly understood where my clients were coming from, as she experienced being overweight too!

Once she realized she had to create a positive mindset, she turned to what she knew best, nutrition and exercise! After hitting the gym 1-4 times per wk and eating healthier, she went from 170Lbs. to 130Lbs.

Cecile knew that being on both sides of the spectrum wasn’t healthy and now adopts a mix of both worlds, was the bridge, to a “Healthier Way of Living” and offers this insite to others.

With years of training in gyms and at people’s homes, Cecile has helped many Individuals, Couples and Groups. From home makers to busy professionals!

“There is no better exercise for the heart, than reaching into people’s souls and lifting them up once again!”

Currently, she doesn't train people anymore, she just help with tips about nutrition, fitness, and supplements.
