I'm a Fine Artist and passionate about face painting, slow cooking, drawing, painting, claymaking, designing layouts and interiors, photography, yoga, nature and actions for meaningful change. I'm easily moved by nature and people with a good story. My family makes me strive to be a better person and work decisively to have more time for them. As an artist and humanist, I develop relationships that focus on character, positive interaction, dignity and respect.
During years 2000 to 2009 of teaching yoga and emphasizing self-effort in modified and advanced poses, my emphasis was on people, not poses. Although participants had differing needs, the qualities of tolerance, compassion and contentment were relevant to everyone and remain an important part of my work and life today.
Cultivating positive qualities in business relationships as a faceARTist since 1987 brings satisfaction and wonderful memories. I can paint anything and provide designs on any theme. My sensitivities converge when my brush touches another human being. Whether working fast to manage line-ups or slow to enhance detail, I create designs that compliment features. It's a privilege to work with children and delight people of all ages through the art of face painting!
I have one grown son who is also an artist and enrolled in Wellness studies. I divide my time between city work and country life (shared with my wonderful husband and 2 cats).
