I help managers and free agents reach their peak performances by developing their leadership and personal branding.

I am a graduate in Business Administration and M.B.A. (Master in Business Administration) in E.S.A.D.E. (Barcelona, Spain) where I also attended the Leadership postgraduate course. I got the Trade Fair Management (University of Koln, Germany).

I’m currently studying psychology degree in Universitat de Lleida (Lleida, Spain).

After some years using Clifton Strengths, I attended Accelerated Strengths Coaching in Madrid (2018) and today I am a Gallup Strengths Certified Coach.

In my more than 21 years of professional experience, I have been general manager of different companies (Fira de Lleida, Ros Roca SRN y SAGE Eurowin...) and I have also worked as a consultant, speaker, lecturer, and entrepreneur.

In 2001 I created Smart Marketing (www.smartmarketing.es), a marketing consulting company. During these 19 years, we have empowered more than 100 companies and public institutions through marketing activities.

In 2013 I launched xaviroca.com, a consulting and training company specialized in leadership, team management, and personal branding.

I'm also a founding partner at @Decelera and Torret Road Capital, 2 Spanish companies that advise and invest in tech startups.

I’m lecturing at the University of Lleida (Lleida, Spain) and I also teach in E.S.A.D.E. and I.Q.S. and other universities. I deliver several training sessions and speeches all over Spain regarding Leadership, Talent and personal branding.
