Hunan Xiaoxiang Tea Industry Co., Ltd is a “Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization” jointly designated by the provincial government of Hunan and China CO-OP. The company operates comprehensively in tea growing, processing, and trading. The company is leading the reformation and integration of tea industries of the “Big Western Hunan” region under a provincial development initiative. The company consists of 5 business branches, two tea packing factories in Changsha and manages over 6000 ha. of quality tea plantations in seven production bases in Western Hunan region. The total staff of the company numbers over 500. The company possesses accreditations from “ISO9000”、“ISO22000”、“QS”. The company brand of “Xiaoxiang” is on the list of “FAMOUS TRADEMARKS OF HUNAN”. Organic production bases of the company have been certified by BCS as meeting EU and NOP organic operation standards. The company has been in operation for over 20 years and has established an extensive distribution network consisting of 960 outlets in over 20 provinces in China. The company is a licensed tea import & export enterprise which sells to EU, Russia, Ukraine, India, Australia and Southeast Asia. Our exporting products include China green tea series, China black tea series, organic tea series, and special teas, such as Gongfu black tea, black broken tea, green gunpowder, Mee tea, Sencha, China Jasmine tea etc.. Our largest organic tea garden is located in Huitong county, Baotian Village. The terrain is mountainous with an average elevation of 800 meters. Mainly populated by the ethnic MIAO PEOPLE. It is 27 km away from the county capital. With a misty climate and high altitude, it provides the most ideal environment for developing organic tea farming. So far our company has developed nearly 400 hectares of tea plantation in the area which has reached full maturity in 2014. It is the most concentrated organic tea farming zone in Hunan. We grow high quality tea bushes of various types in the tea garden and introduce advanced manufacturing facilities in the tea plant nearby to produce high quality tea products for both domestic and overseas market. Our annual organic tea production volume is 300-400 metric tons.
