Seems like I "work" as a “catalyst” and a „fuel” for small ideas with big potential to turn into gamechangeing factors - and their authors - daring unreasonable agents of change with extraordinary potential - to make this world the place we would like it to be.

I’m a strategic communicator and psychologist by profession, a maniac of instruments and tools that help create shared visions, lecturer in social innovation, trainer and facilitator, blogger and traveler and cofounding director of Ideas Factory, as well as others similar crazies like the Time Shop and Changemakers Academy. In my pocket I always have … a red clown nose.

The belief in the power of the “challenging environment” to be an actual incubator for unique social innovations is the air I breathe and the water I swim in. I’m probably addicted to the radical thesis that the course of our human evolution depends on unleashing fully our and other`s creative potential. And maybe now is the exact time to redefine the word “development” - personally, organizationally and globally.
