Hi there,

I'm Yaniv, a Principal Researcher at Booking.com. In my job, I provide insights to support decisions, identify knowledge gaps, and fill these gaps through effective research programs.

My previous jobs were CX manager at CWT, the biggest corporate travel agency in the world, MyHeritage, a company that helps people discover their family story, and UniqUI, a UX consultancy. I taught a master's course in UX strategy for design management students. Every now and then, I give talks about designing for experience. You can find some of it on Slideshare and Vimeo.

I have a B.Des in product design and an MBA in culture research.

By night, I make my ideas come true in physical objects, some of which are more usable than others.
