Born to a highly respected Lebanese physician in Brazil, Yasmin Mitri aspired to an acting career from the time she was nine years old. She became a model at 14 years of age and used her earnings to fund her first classes in the craft of acting. Yasmin Mitri entered film school in Brazil and ultimately finished her course of study at Faculty Sorbonne in Paris.

Yasmin Mitri then moved to London to study acting at such renowned institutions as the Actors’ Studio and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. She accepted her first screen role in the film Pimp, which also starred such performers as Robert Cabanah and Billy Boyd. Since that time, she has acted alongside such performers as Vanessa Haywood, who appeared in the film District 9, and Matthew Lewis, who played Neville Longbottom in the hit Harry Potter series. Ms. Mitri has most recently starred in such feature films as Essex Boys Retribution and The Rise of the Krays as well as a 3-D Mercedes commercial produced by Lightworx Media.
