I am an entrepreneurial self-starter with mix of product management and business development background.

I've earned a hands-on product management experience from two co-founded startups, both consumer internet products. Both raised Seed Rounds.

I was responsible for product development from the very beginning: led cross-functional team from launch of minimal viable product to further iterations of product development, defined and evaluated product key metrics for each stage of productevolution to improve customer experience, built roadmap and user flows, conducted face-to-face user interviews.

To top it all, I have also developed a business model canvas inline with project and loss projection thus I had an overview of a business behind the real-life product.

Product development for me means to embrace a product/market fit and keep in mind that user experience comes first. At the same time the way to consistent product/market fit goes through key metrics measurement and evaluation. It’s not anart or guessing.
