Most of my time is spent teaching aspiring entrepreneurs at Cal Poly and serving as faculty director of the Cal Poly Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Our HotHouse Accelerator, student incubator, and many other efforts bring together engineers, designers and business students to launch companies and to develop their leadership strengths.
