Yuriy Shor

Yuriy Shor is a successful accountant who currently serves as a Case Negotiator with Secure Law Center in Atlanta. At Secure Law, he mediates disputes between clients and banks to delay and prevent home foreclosures. Mr. Shor utilizes his accounting experience as a two-time intern at Martin & Orr CPA. Yuriy Shor received his Associate degree in Business Administration from Georgia Perimeter College in May 2009, earning a 3.3 GPA. He then went on to receive his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting three years later from Georgia State University, where he earned a 3.3 GPA in his studies.

Yuriy Shor's lifelong love of sports began with his childhood participation in boxing and culminated in his becoming the Georgia Golden Gloves Boxing Champion in 2003. Mr. Shor continued to develop his athletic abilities in high school, during which time he balanced his intellectual pursuits with playing football. His efforts were recognized with the American Football Scholar Athlete Award from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Shor maintains his athleticism through regular tennis matches on the weekends. He also enjoys taking frequent fishing trips and watching his favorite sports on television, including the NFL, college football, and boxing.

In addition, he possesses extensive experience in accounting, taxes, and business. A trilingual individual, Mr. Shor is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian. His language skills are invaluable skills in an increasingly global and connected economy. Yuriy Shor also has excellent computer skills. He holds proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Additionally, he gained solid customer service skills through a position as a customer service representative early in his career, as well as various accounting roles.
