Zafar Hasan

Zafar Hasan is a lawyer and attorney practicing family and other law in the Central Virginia area. As a solo practice attorney, his practice provides a broad range of services to his clients, from adoptions and wills to divorce and custody issues.

Zafar Hasan graduated with a degree in religion with honors from the University of Richmond. He considered a career in research, particularly in the area of religion and political science and even applied to the world-renowned political science program at Harvard University. However, in his senior year of undergraduate school, he decided that his true passion was in law, which is also a family tradition. He earned his law degree from the University of Virginia, where he graduated with honors.

Zafar Hasan and his wife of over 25 years are the proud parents of two adult daughters. One of his daughters is studying medicine, focused in primary care and his other daughter is considering a career in patent law. Outside of the law, he and his wife enjoy volunteering with numerous organizations such as the United Way.

Zafar Hasan is now a proud grandfather. Please pray for his new grandchild.
