Knower of Things, Doer of Stuff.

Dad. Technology Advocate. Aspiring Googler. Geek.

I call myself a Technology Advocate, but it really comes down to being a Geek, multi-subject Nerd (there's a difference- ask me), Aspiring Googler (I mentioned that?), Inventor, and Entrepreneur. I'm deeply passionate about technology, social media, and crowd-sourcing. All information can be learned, therefore, shared.

"Technology moves pretty fast.  If you don't stop and look around once in a while, it might pass you by."

Dads On Tech is a brand that +RamonNuez and I developed in 2009. We give Tips, Reviews, News, and Opinion on all things Tech. Helping educate parents to be digitally aware.

Other than that... I'm also a Network Intelligence Engineer for the City of New York (design, monitoring, administration, forensics, enterprise architecture), UX/UI pundit, Engineering 'de-con-struct-or', Political Junkie, Disney Mousekewannabe, Volunteer Ambulance dude, 100% Plant-Strong (+Engine2Diet), and living proof that Internet addiction is real (WUPHF me and I'll tell you all about it.)

Certifications / Associations:

  • CHFI (Computer Hacking Forensics Investigator)
  • CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
  • Network+ (CompTIA)
  • Security+ (CompTIA)
  • Working on CCIE & JNCIE
  • InfraGard (NYC)
  • BICSI certified
  • AFIO

I also enjoy Softball, Aikido, learning Python, dabbling in Open-Source contributions, absorbing as much random information as possible (a la Cliff Clavin), and I'm working to become a polyglot (Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Hebrew, French, Spanish, Greek).
