Zim Ugochukwu
Hi. I'm Zim.
I'm an entrepreneur who loves building authentic relationships.
Just recently, I finished up a year long fellowship in India with Ashoka Innovators for the Public, a global organization that identifies and invests in leading social entrepreneurs.
Before that, I helped lead young people at Forget Tobacco, the nation's largest youth-run anti-tobacco program, expanding the network and managing opportunities for growth. All the while, I led a growing movement of changemakers as the founder of the Ignite Greensboro Project. Before that, I discovered and cloned a gene.
In my free time, I'm an avid photographer, visual storyteller, problem solver, classically trained pianist (I have my on and off days), junk foodie, vegan, and occasional building climber. Sometimes I say things and they're captured on video.
I currently spend my days organizing some of the nation's largest digital health summits for CES, writing digital health policy articles for CAP and being a photo ninja for Rock Health. I'm obsessed with the mashup of tech [x] health.
Coolest thing I think I've done all year?
Flew around the circumference of the earth seventeen times (425,115 miles) and visited 3 countries in 24 hours by plane (Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia)!
