I'm a computational linguist at Weblib. I'm doing applied research and I'm evaluating nlp tools. I love functional programming (esp. Haskell and Clojure) and Python (scikit-learn and NLTK).
I'm interested in logic, the theory of computation, and machine learning. I was studying linguistics and philosophy. I'm a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society, a member of the Association for Computational Linguistics and a student member of the British Computer Society.
I'm the organizer of the Hungarian Natural Language Processing Meetup Group.
In my free time, I write about computational linguistics, logic and the philosophy of linguistics for various blogs and sometimes I contribute to the Nyelv és Tudomány (Language and Science) popular scientific online magazine.
