George Ester

My name is George D. Ester. I am a graduate of The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Computing Tech & Applications.

I have over 9+ years of experience in the field of transportation. My experience in transportation extends to management. I have experience managing 100 + CDL certified drivers in multiple states at any given time. The task of driver management is a difficult task, but I was able to do it daily without issue. My experience in driver management helped improve my skills in both time management and organization.

I have outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and mediation skills. I am a self-starter and quick learner. I have a versatile skill set with experience in customer service, sales, and written/oral communication. I am adept at implementing innovative practices and procedures to improve efficiency.

During my free time, I have pursued my passion for the arts whether that is painting, graphic design, photography, podcasting or writing. I have found that my artistic hobbies have expanded my problem solving skills, by allowing me to analysis situations in a more open/creative way.
