Dean Arrindell has been working in the media since 1994 when he interned at the "Geraldo" show. It was a fun internship and a year after finishing college at Rutgers University, Dean landed at NBC's "Today" show. He later joined "Weekend Today" where he produced a variety of news, political and lifestyle segments. While at NBC, Dean graduated from Columbia University with an M.A. in American Studies that focused on race, masculinity and popular culture. After living in and around New York City for 15 years, Dean moved to Connecticut with his wife in 2011. He was a stay-at-home dad for over a year, and then returned to full-time work in 2013 to produce video series for Yahoo. In 2016, Dean shifted careers and became a certified personal trainer. He also consults with other fitness and wellness professionals to create content for social media.
