Gayle Slade is a native of Los Angeles growing up primarily in the Sherman Oaks area. She has more than twenty-seven years of experience within the real estate industry as a Realtor, Manager of rental properties, President of a Homeowner's Association, an Investor internationally in Costa Rica and nationally as a partner of two strip malls located in Colorado and Arizona.

In addition, Gayle has traveled extensively living in New York and Sydney, Australia making her culturally diverse and economically conscientious. She has a stellar reputation within the real estate industry amongst other realtors, managers, lenders and escrow and title companies. Gayle has a multitude of ties within the entertainment industry which is where the majority of her clientele is generated working closely with agents and business managers from the largest and well recognized Entertainment companies. She is extremely grateful for her continued loyalty of past clients over the years and the consistent stream of referrals. Gayle is known for going over and above clients expectations, is resourceful and tenacious.

Gayle started at King Realty in Sherman Oaks a couple years out of high school. After approximately seven years at King Realty, she transitioned to what is now Coldwell Banker. Since moving back into the States from Australia, Gayle is honored to be affiliated with "Berkshire Hathaway Home Services". As Warren Buffett, chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. quoted, “A home is one of the most important assets that most people will ever buy. Homes are where memories are made…” In addition, "Berkshire Hathaway" is dedicated to reaching out to miscellaneous non-profit organizations actively "giving back". Philanthropically, Gayle has and is currently associated with several non-profit organizations personally as: a creator of a medical fund developed for a child with neurofibromatosis, foster parent to kittens associated with the "Burbank Animal Shelter", volunteering for our troops through organizations such as "Operation Gratitude" and caring for horses rescued by "Saffyre Foundation". "Berkshire Hathaway Home Services" shares that same compassion. A percentage of earned commissions on every successfully closed escrow, will be donated to an organization of her client’s choice.
