Building on his experience as Director of Software Development with premier companies Midas International Corporation and SXC Health Solutions, Inc., James launched two successful consulting companies, Sprocket Websites, Inc. and J&S Tech Designs. As co-founder and owner, he provides innovative development/product solutions, intuitive marketing direction, and subject matter expertise across numerous verticals for his clients.

When he is not advising other business leaders, James lends his expertise to various organizations. He serves on the Board of Directors for the East Ventura County Employer Advisory Council as Technical Chair. He is the Secretary/Treasurer for BNI Profit Builders in Camarillo. He is a member of the Westlake 3 ProVisors Group. He is a Founding Member of the Chicago Area DNN User Group. Prior involvements: He served on the Board of Directors for the New West Symphony as Vice Chair & Marketing Committee Chair. He was a Founding Member of the Synergy Business Connections networking group of the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce. He served on multiple teams and committees for the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce.
