Michael Savage is the Chief Strategy Officer of a faith-forward live events and education company equipping people to build wealth for Kingdom impact. Through high-production conferences, expert-led trainings, and transformational experiences, the company helps tens of thousands of people each year activate their God-given purpose and multiply what they’ve been entrusted with.

Michael also serves as a Partner and Executive Coach with Prime Movers Lab, a deep tech venture capital firm backing founders who aim to impact billions. Over the past six years, he has advised founders and CEOs through early-stage growth, scaling strategy, and leadership performance—supporting companies like CarbonCapture, Flexe, Venus Aerospace, Outreach.io, and others.

For nearly two decades, Michael served as a Platinum and Master Executive Coach with Tony Robbins, where he led and facilitated Life Mastery and Wealth Mastery events around the world. He continues to teach and mentor business leaders as a Certified Trainer of Coaches and maintains an intimate, global private coaching practice.

Alongside his wife Valerie Santiago, Michael co-founded CORE Coach, a coach training and certification school equipping purpose-driven coaches to thrive in business and in service. Together, they have also built and sold several brick-and-mortar businesses in finance, retail, and media. Michael has consulted on media activations for global celebrities and serves on multiple boards, including charities that support faith, entrepreneurship, and the arts.

Today, Michael is still coaching visionary founders, advising emerging companies, and helping steward the expansion of the event company's mission across the country. But his greatest joy is being a husband and a father—co-creating life with Valerie and raising their daughter Maya with faith, laughter, and purpose.
