Mr. Marcus is licensed to practice in Illinois; Missouri; U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois, Eastern District of Missouri and Southern District of Indiana. He is a Certified Arbitrator for the Third Judicial Circuit, Madison County, IL and the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, St. Clair County, IL. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, St. Clair County Bar Association, Madison County Bar Association, Missouri Association of Trial attorneys, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys.

Mr. Marcus received his B.S. from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and attended Southern Illinois University Law School in Carbondale, Illinois, where he participated in Moot Court and was a published member of S.I.U.'s Law Journal.
