Prince2 Infrastructure Project and Service Transition Manager / Foodie, Geek and Husband. Living in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, England. Author of the blog 'I get enthusiastic about stuff'
I grew up in a little town called Stotfold, Bedfordshire, UK in a pretty angst-free environment. I didn't really start on the path to disovering who I am until I was about 16 and stopped playing on my Super Nintendo. Stints at Keele University for a a degree in Politics and Philosophy and an MA in Global Security followed, with an interlude at Colorado State University where I believe I gained a life-long appreciation of American food, beer, culture and the incredible landscape.
I spent my 20's living in London; firstly with an exhausting year living and working in Shoreditch followed by a more sedate life living in Tooting, South London. It took me until I was 27 to realise I am not a Salesperon and to start doing something that came more naturally to me.
I really like researching stuff - I get really enthusiastic about and I love nothing better than a good plan coming together so its just as well that I fell into Project Management and Transition Management working with some of the largest companies in the world.
Now I spend most of my non-work life doing the things I love; gastronomy, hiking, reading and exploring the interwebs.
