Director and Program Manager in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Home is Canada where I've lived since my teens. I live just outside Toronto in an agricultural setting and commute to work where I feel I've got the best of both worlds and the balance I was looking for. I lived in Montreal for the first 10yrs then moved to Toronto. I was born in London, UK and educated in French.
In my professional life I'm an Senior IT professional involved in program and project management, service delivery & business analysis. Taking ideas and turning them into services and solutions. Working with teams of technical and bisness resources leading them through design & architecture to implementation and service delivery. I've worked mostly in the health and financial sectors and in both government and private sectors.
In an ongoing quest to stay physically fit and mentally challenged I lift weights, run marathons, swim, ski, participate in extreme sports like Tough Mudder and I'm an aspiring Triathlete. I've also been known to jump out of perfectly good planes. I'm an avid motorcyclist, I travel by bike as often as weather and time permit. I’m a foodie, I love to cook, on weekends you’ll often find me in my kitchen preparing for a diner party.
I'm a Montreal Canadiens & West Ham United fan, a path that's had its ups & downs over the years but I always will be. I serve on the Executive Board of the Community Addiction and Mental Health Services of Haldimand and Norfolk (CAMHS) and the Simcoe Lions Club.
