Aaron Elder

In some form or another, I have been working with CRM-type solutions for over 12 years. Ten of those years has been with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Prior to working at Microsoft, I was a lead developer at iCommunicate.com, the "dot com" that Microsoft purchased in 2001 and thus provided the team that built the first version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. While at Microsoft, I was the lead application architect for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 1.0 through 3.0; owning the user interface and the application framework.

After leaving Microsoft, my goal was simple: Create the #1 Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner in the world. With my friends and partners, we did just that and after two sales of our company, found ourselves at Avanade Inc. (through the May 2010 purchase of Ascentium's CRM Division). Avanade is a two time Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the year and I am a 6 time Dynamics CRM MVP. While at Avanade, I took the role of CTO of the America’s CRM Service Line and oversaw CRM asset and solution strategy for company.

Marking my 10 year anniversary with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, in April of 2011 I decided to leave Avanade to do something completely new. My co-founders and I have formed BESCAP as a vehicle to fund and pursue this new adventure.
