My name is Aaron. I'm a recent graduate of Trinity School NYC and am an alumni of Prep for Prep, Contingent XXXI. I am a rising sophomore at Claremont McKenna College, where I am in a 3-2 program majoring in economics & engineering.

I play the Pokémon Video Game competitively in my spare time and am sponsored by eSports organization CLASH Tournaments. I actively work hard to help improve the competitive Pokemon scene by creating content. I currently run a YouTube channel, where I post videos on a daily basis, with 50,000+ subscribers and over 6.7 million combined views. I also am a Twitch partner and live stream to interact with fans more.

I won back to back Pokémon National Championships in 2011 & 2012, and have won a Regional Championship in 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2016. I finished 4th at the 2015 US National Championships. I was the highest ranked American in the Masters Division at the 2013 Pokémon World Championships with a 3rd place finish. I have qualified and competed in 6 different World Championships. I am also qualified for the 2016 World Championships this season.

Besides competing in Pokemon, I'm a major fan of eSports in general. I actively follow & watch Super Smash Bros (Melee, 4) and League of Legends. I hope to take my professional skills to the eSports industry one day!

I enjoy giving back to my community through service and was a leader of the Chinatown Literacy Project last year. I strongly believe in empowering youth, especially Asian-Americans. Some of my past work experiences include internships with JP Morgan, APEX for Youth, The Children's Storefront, and the Teen Resource Center at the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center. This coming summer, I'll be interning at Bloomberg Tradebook as a financial analyst.
