As a child, I wanted to be the detective that caught Carmen Sandiego; the clever double-agent that taught children to enjoy mundane subjects. She opened my eyes to different cultures, languages, and creative problem solving.
My experiences in design have allowed me to become the design detective that looks at all sides of the business' system to create user-centred designs.
