I'm Director of K–12 Education, Engagement, and Outreach at the American Chemical Society, where I lead a team of 15+ across 10+ programs with budgets over $5M.

Previously, I founded the American Association of Chemistry Teachers, building it from a business plan to a 8,000-member organization — designing its governance, budgets, and operational systems from zero.

My professional interests include organizational design, association governance, finance, and how mission-driven organizations scale.
