Greetings, I am Andrea Arias, a passionate architect with deep roots in Puerto Rico, and extensive academic qualifications including a Master's Degree in Architecture and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in the same field, supplemented with minors in Electronic Design and Architectural History. My professional trajectory is underpinned by a desire to merge lifestyle and service design principles into space planning, thereby pushing the boundaries of form design. My passion lies in the incorporation of additive manufacturing technology in construction, a commitment that goes hand in hand with promoting environmentally responsible solutions through innovative building practices.

Currently, my work involves the industrious realm of architecture and engineering, with a focus on the food and beverage industry and occasional ventures into the pharmaceutical, cannabis, and vertical farming sectors. Prior to this, I amassed valuable experience in the Residential, Hospitality, and Multi-Family sectors, undertaking diverse projects from mountain hotels and single-family residences to large residential developments. Each opportunity has imparted critical lessons that continue to shape my architectural perspective, including the understanding and management of process-driven design, perceiving architecture as an environment rather than a functional space, and handling information-intensive projects with sensitive timelines and nuanced construction complexities.

In my efforts to contribute to ongoing research and innovation in sustainability practices, I, along with my partner and husband, welcome design commission work for small residential and retail projects through our boutique firm, Phantom Studio. Our mission is to consistently explore, refine, and innovate in the realm of sustainability. I've had the privilege to work across various states including Arizona, Colorado, Puerto Rico, California, Texas, South Dakota, and Washington, and am proud to note that my cumulative experience has led to the 100% completion of AXP hours.
