I am an international tax attorney and investor with more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of international taxation, cross-border business and investment. Whether advising a client, evaluating an investment, or working alongside an entrepreneur, I look past the immediate issue to the broader commercial context — combining legal and tax expertise with the perspective of someone who has built and invested in businesses himself.
My legal practice has given me a deep understanding of the legal and tax considerations that shape international businesses and investments. My experience as an entrepreneur and investor has given me a practical perspective on the commercial decisions behind them.

Through A. Mantel & Co., I advise individuals, entrepreneurs, investors and businesses on the tax and legal challenges of operating across borders, including international taxation, cross-border structuring, business planning, and the legal and tax considerations of global expansion and investment.
My work combines technical expertise in international tax with a practical understanding of the commercial considerations involved in building and operating businesses internationally.
Investment & Entrepreneurship
Alongside my legal practice, I have been active as an investor and entrepreneur.
I co-founded AnD Ventures, an early-stage venture initiative focused on the Israeli technology ecosystem, and was involved in building the venture during its early stages.
My investment and entrepreneurial activities have spanned fintech, technology, tourism, corporate services and luxury retail.
Together, these experiences have given me a perspective that combines legal and tax expertise with an understanding of the commercial realities of building, operating and investing in businesses.
