Assistant Provost for International Enrollment at the George Washington University. I foster the expansion of GW’s international student enrollment across all major divisions, including undergraduate, graduate, summer and special programs by creating and implementing an institution-wide, data-informed strategy for international student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment. I serve as the Division’s key advisor on international enrollment issues, and represent the Office of the Provost regularly in meetings and conversations specific to international student enrollment and the university’s broader institutional international strategy. I also serve on the Enrollment Leadership Team, collaborating with the leaders of each functional area within the Enrollment Division, and lead GW’s International Recruitment and Admissions Strategy Team, providing direction, professional development/training, and thought leadership for the broader GW admissions community regarding best practices in international recruitment, admissions, and enrollment.
I'm also a doctoral candidate in GW's School of Education and Human Development. My research centers around higher education and social change and I am studying the organizational changes faced by employers who hire haigui- repatriated Chinese students after their period of study in the United States.
