Read my book

Magic, mystery, and romance are three of my favourite things, and elements of each are found in most of my short stories and novels. I also have a passion for faerie tales, and for stories that take me to dark and unexpected places. A graduate of the Humber School for Writers, my short fiction has appeared in a number of publications including, The Storyteller, A Fly in Amber, New Plains Review, Silly Tree Anthologies, and in the e-zines Les Bonnes Fees, The Devilfish Review, and Rose Red Review. My story “Falling” was awarded first place in the 2008 Alice Munro short fiction contest. An excerpt from my second YA novel Losing Adam recently won first place in the Young Adult category of the Seven Hills Literary Review contest.

My first novel To Dance in Liradon is now available from Soul Mate publishing! If you're a reader, a writer, or both, I hope to connect with you soon. Visit me at www.adrienneclarkewriter.com
