My work aims at bridging the gap between designers and end users of digital products, in order to bring about the best possible user experience to audiences.
In my recently obtained PhD thesis I combined quantitative and qualitative methods to investigate the convergence of television and mobile technologies, and how the two devices are used within today's ubiquitous media environment.
