The Ancient and Honourable Order of the Golden Dawn is a fraternal organisation dedicated to teaching Hermeticism and Rosicrucianism.

The Golden Dawn has had a long and prestigious history. It was founded in 1888 by S.L. MacGregor Mathers, William Wynn Westcott, and William Robert Woodman. Some of the original members included poet W.B. Yeats and actress Florence Farr.

Today, the Ancient and Honourable Order of the Golden Dawn continues to employ the traditional teachings and rituals which those early members used.

The Order's headquarters is the Dublin Temple in Ireland.
