I'm the President and Executive Director of VertueLab, a Pacific Northwest Innovation Lab and Funder of early stage climate entrepreneurs. I've been a climate tech entrepreneur myself and a 3x founder and CEO.

My climate work has been recognized through awards that include Geekwire CEO of the Year nomination, PSBJ Environmental Leadership Award.

I've worked across the US and Europe, and notably was the first Black woman to run a venture backed tech company in Germany.

I speak frequently at conferences and festivals worldwide about climate tech, entrepreneurship, green economic development and impact investing.
